PERRY WRIGHT DUCKWORTH, 78, of Weirton, WV, passed away unexpectedly at his home on January 25, 2025. Born on August 6, 1946, in Steubenville, Ohio, Perry was one of three children born to Clarence and Alice Wright Duckworth.
