Linda Lee Bisher

LINDA LEE BISHER, 73, of Weirton, WV, formerly of Buffalo, NY, passed Thursday, January 30, 2025 at Wellsburg Healthcare Center. She was born September 18, 1951 in Wilson, NY, daughter of the late Tharon and Betty Parker Garris. She is also preceded in death by her sister, Brenda Garris. She was an avid gardener who took immense pride in her flower beds. When she wasn’t gardening she enjoyed working on her various craft projects.…
