The Tri-State Area Master Gardeners will present a seed starting class Saturday, Feb. 22, at 11 a.m., at the Brooke County Public Library River Room, 945 Main St., Wellsburg. Topics covered during the class will include seeds, soil, fertilizer, containers, light and much more.
