FRANCIS J. RIDDILE, 81, of Follansbee, WV died peacefully on Thursday, February 20, 2025 at Valley Hospice in Steubenville, OH. He was born on February 28, 1943 in King Creek, WV a son of the late Floyd and Ann (Fotovick) Riddile.
