RANDALL RYAN DOLL, 50, of Wellsburg, WV, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 18, 2025 at WVU Medicine, Weirton Medical Center under the care of the staff and while at home with the assistance of Amedisys Hospice, after a long battle with cancer from his military service.
