FRANK JOSEPH BLASKOVICH, JR., 70, of Wheeling, WV passed away February 28, 2025, at WVU Wheeling Hospital, Wheeling, WV. Frank was born January 21, 1955, in Wheeling, WV to the late Frank J. and Ruth McAlpine Blaskovich Sr. Frank worked as a Water Analyst for the City of Wheeling Water Department, was a member of the GRANGE, and Washington and Greene County Tractor Association. Frank is survived by his loving wife Jennifer Hayhurst Blaskovich and is preceded in death and survived by several of his faithful companions. The family would like to express a special thanks to Dottie Snyder, his caregiver, for her excellent love and care for Frank. Visitation was held Monday, March 3, 2025 until the time of the service, at Reasner Funeral Home, Wellsburg, with Pastor Dennis Arnold officiating.
