Jay Thomas Gaumer

JAY THOMAS GAUMER, 73, of Wellsburg, WV, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 23, 2025 at his residence. Jay was born on April 12, 1951 in Steubenville, OH. He was the son of the late Thomas William Gaumer and Mona Lou (Kessler) Gaumer. Jay served his country proudly in the United States Air Force.
