JERRI MITCHELL SHAFFER, 53, of Wheeling, WV passed away at home, March 14, 2025. Jerri was born March 21, 1971, in Wheeling, WV to the late Paul Mitchell Sr. and Nancy Williams Mitchell. Jerri leaves behind her two daughters, Jamie Davis and her husband Brandon of Wheeling, WV, and Isabella Shaffer of Huntington, WV, and a grandson, Damian. There was no visitation.
