MELANIE JUNE WINTERS, 51, of Wheeling, WV died peacefully on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at Wheeling Hospital. Born May 18, 1973 in Weirton, WV, daughter of the late Charles Arthur Winters and Rosalee Teresa (Smith) Longwell.
