The Brooke County Commission will be accepting Bids for asphalt paving of the gravel lot and existing lot located directly behind the Brooke County Courthouse & the Judicial Annex located at the Corner of Charles & 6th St. Wellsburg, WV For additional specifications contact the Brooke County Clerk’s Office [email protected]  The County Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Sealed bids must be submitted on or before 10:00 a.m. on April 15, 2025, to the Brooke County Clerk, 632 Main Street, Wellsburg, WV 26070. All bids must be clearly marked “Judicial Annex Parking”
