GFWC State Convention Held

The 119th annual GFWC West Virginia State Convention was held March 21-23, at The Greenbrier Resort in White Sulphur Springs. The keynote speaker for the convention was Wendy Carriker, GFWC President-elect.The two day event included bylaw changes, awards to clubs for their outstanding work for volunteering in their communities.
Friday was designated wear purple day in observance of Domestic Violence and Prevention and Saturday feaured “Advocates for Children”. Past state Presidents and Lifetime members were also recognized during the convention.
