West Liberty University (WLU) and the West Liberty University Foundation (WLUF) announce the first awards from the Aspire Fund. Established in 2024, in conjunction with the inauguration of WLU’s President Dr. Tim Borchers, the Aspire Fund is designed to promote and support student experiential learning opportunities at WLU.
