KENDEL LEANN RUTHERFORD, 66, of Weirton, WV passed away peacefully on the morning of Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at Liza’s Place in Wheeling. Born on July 9, 1958, in Steubenville, Kendel was the daughter of Charles Johnston and Kendra Timberlake Keller.
