Robert John Krzys

ROBERT JOHN KRZYS, 75, of Follansbee, WV died peacefully on Friday, April 18, 2025, at Select Specialty Hospital of Weirton, WV with his family by his side. He was born on August 6, 1949, in Steubenville, OH, a son of the late John P. and Jane (Barezinsky) Krzys. Robert graduated from Madonna High School and earned his bachelor’s degree in business from West Liberty University. He was a member of the Sacred Heart of Mary Church and Holy Name Society along with Knights of Columbus in Weirton, WV. Robert worked many years for Weirton Steel Corporation where he did production planning and was a member of the 25-year club. He is survived by two brothers, Jeffrey (Maribeth) Krzys of Follansbee, WV and Thomas (Tracy) Krzys of Baltimore, MD; six nieces and nephews; and 11 great nieces and nephews. There was no visitation. A family celebration of Bobs Life will be held at a later date. Arrangements were under the direction of Mullenbach Funeral Home, Follansbee. Memorial donations can be made to the Sacred Heart of Mary Church in memory of Robert at 200 Preston Ave., Weirton, WV 26062.
