RONALD PAUL HAGGERTY, SR., 73, of Weirton, WV, passed Thursday, April 17, 2025 at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh. He was born August 29, 1951 in Weirton, son of the late Paul and Madeline Metheny Haggerty.
