JOANN MYERS, 81, of Wellsburg, WV died peacefully on Sunday, May 11, 2025, with her family by her side at the Good Shepherd Nursing Home in Wheeling, WV. She was born on December 6, 1943, in Wheeling, WV a daughter of the late Joseph and Virginia (Silvers) Kerns.
