THOMAS LEE PUSKARICH, SR., 81, of Follansbee, WV, passed away suddenly on Friday, May 23, 2025 at his residence. Tom was born on March 10, 1944 in Washington, PA. He was the son of the late Thomas and Mary (Dolinar) Puskarich. Tom retired after 45 years of service as a millwright at Climax Molybdenum, Langeloth, PA.
