Charles Clinton Miller, Sr.

CHARLES CLINTON MILLER, SR., 73, of Wellsburg, WV, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at Brightwood Center in Follansbee, under the care of the dedicated staff. Charles was born on December 31, 1951, in Wheeling, WV. He was the son of the late Theodore and Virginia (Jones) Miller. He worked in the kitchen at Bethany College, where he was known for his quiet dedication and friendly nature. Charles will be remembered as a simple man who found joy in the little things—especially the cherished moments spent with his beloved sister, Margaret, at Wendy’s in Wellsburg, sharing laughter and conversation over a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger and chili. In addition to his parents, Charles was preceded in death by his loving wife, Patricia “Patty” (Queer) Miller, and his brother, Frank Miller. He is survived by his two sons, Charles Miller Jr. and Brian Miller; a sister, Margaret Quinn; and his nephew, Chris. The James Funeral Home of Follansbee was honored and privileged to assist the Miller family with a simple cremation. The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the wonderful staff at Brightwood Center in Follansbee for heir kindness and compassion.
