CHARLES CLINTON MILLER, SR., 73, of Wellsburg, WV, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at Brightwood Center in Follansbee, under the care of the dedicated staff. Charles was born on December 31, 1951, in Wheeling, WV. He was the son of the late Theodore and Virginia (Jones) Miller.
