CHARLES H. “POKE” BEALL III, 79, of Wellsburg, WV, passed away peacefully on June 6, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. Born on June 19, 1945, in Wellsburg, he was the son of the late Charles and Geraldine (Fleming) Beall.
