TO: LESTER MEREDITH, custodian of D.H. and K.V.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on July 24, 2025, at 11:30 a.m. a preliminary hearing and/or adjudicatory hearing will be held for LESTER MEREDITH, custodian of D.H. and K.V. The petitioner alleges, among other things, that the health and welfare of D.H. and K.V. is harmed or threatened by a present refusal, failure or inability of LESTER MEREDITH to protect the children from drug abuse, and sexual contact between himself and the child, K.V.
It is ORDERED that a preliminary hearing and/or adjudicatory hearing be held before the Honorable Jason A. Cuomo, Judge of the Circuit Court of Brooke County, West Virginia, Third Floor, Brooke County Judicial Center, 620 Main Street, Suite 308, Wellsburg, West Virginia on July 24, 2025, at 11:30 a.m. and that LESTER MEREDITH appear to object or raise any defenses. Failure to appear or otherwise make defense at such hearing may result in the termination of the parental and/or custodial rights of LESTER MEREDITH.
