Lori Ann Robey

LORI ANN ROBEY, 61, of Colliers, WV died peacefully on Sunday, June 22, 2025, at Weirton Medical Center with her family by her side. Born November 27, 1963, in Santa Maria, CA a daughter of Ernest and Joanne (Jeckering) Winner of Lakeland, FL. She graduated from Barto High School in Florda, and from WVU with a bachelors and master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology. Lori recently retired from Brooke County Schools where she worked as a speech language pathologist for over 36 years. She was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church. In addition to her parents, Lori is survived by her loving husband, Eric James Robey at home; two sons, Jacob Robey of Wellsburg, WV and Ethan Robey at home; and three brothers, Tony (Susan), Gary (Marilyn), and Andy (Lisa) Winner. Faith and family were the most important things in her life; she was also passionate about her job as a speech language pathologist for Brooke County Schools and loved to help children improve their ability to communicate. She volunteered as a swimming coach for various teams in the area. A memorial mass will be held on Saturday, July 5, 2025, at 10 a.m., at St. Anthony Catholic Church, Follansbee, with the Rev. Father Gerald Muoka as celebrant. Inurnment will follow privately in Oak Grove Cemetery, Follansbee. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Friday Friends program at St. Anthony Catholic Church.
