Wellsburg Man Charged with First-Degree Murder

Michael A. Groch, 39, of Wellsburg has been identified as a suspect after a shooting in Brooke County last Friday.
“The suspect is Michael A, Groch, 39, from Wellsburg and then the victim was 58-year-old Kerry Casto from Mingo Junction, Ohio,” said Brooke County Sheriff’s Office Chief Deputy Douglas Mills.
Groch was immediately taken into custody, processed, and arraigned by a Brooke County magistrate. He is in the Northern Regional Jail facing a first-degree murder…
