ALBERT BRANDIN “BRANDY” VESTAL, JR., 87, of Weirton, WV, passed away on Saturday, June 28, 2025, at his daughter’s home in Chattanooga, TN, with his wife and daughter at his side. Born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Brandy was raised in the close-knit community of Chatham Village on Mount Washington.
