DAVID FRANCIS BAKER, 72, of Colliers, WV died peacefully on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at his home. He was born on November 6, 1952, in Colliers, WV a son of the late Cecil F. and Ruth Margaret (Robb) Baker. David graduated from Linsley Military Institute Class of 1970.
