MARCIA HELEN KOBILY, 78, of Weirton, WV passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, surrounded by her loving family at the Allegheny General Hospital. Born in Steubenville, OH, on December 13, 1946, she was the only daughter of Joseph and Helen (Souchak) Kovalik. Marcia was a 1964 graduate of Follansbee High School.
