LETIZIA “TOOTSIE” (CASHOLI) ORSINI, 95, of Steubenville, OH died peacefully on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at Valley Hospice Care North in Steubenville, OH. Born August 27, 1929, in Mingo Junction, OH a daughter of the late Joseph and Philomena (Confolone) Casholi. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband, Libert Anthony Orsini on July 3, 2019, her son-in-law, Dominic Micucci, and four sisters, Edith P. “Italia” Lesnansky, Josephine Pekich, Elizabeth Leonhart, and Lucy Ballato. Tootsie graduated from Mingo High School in 1947 and went on to work as a salesclerk for Sears and Robuck for 30 years. She was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church in Follansbee, WV. Tootsie enjoyed singing and playing the organ and loved spending time with family. She is survived by her devoted daughter, Cindy Micucci of Follansbee, WV; her caring grandson, Marc Micucci and wife, Deana of Canonsburg, PA; her granddaughter, Giada; and many nieces and nephews. Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at St. Anthony Catholic Church, Follansbee. A Catholic Funeral Mass began at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Father Gerald Muoka as celebrant. Entombment followed in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Steubenville, OH. The family would like to thank Weirton Geriatric Center (Sunnybook) for the wonderful care Tootsie received during her stay there.
