ROBERT LEE “BOB” MARTIN, 72, of Steubenville, OH passed away on July 17, 2025, at West Penn Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. He was born on December 21, 1952, in Follansbee, WV a son of the late Wayne and Lois (Davis) Martin.
