CHARLES HOWARD STANLEY, 79, of Bethany, WV died peacefully on Friday, July 25, 2025 at Weirton Medical Center. Born September 19, 1945 in Wheeling, WV a son of the late Warren Junice and Gladys Marie (Hardway) Stanley. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Brenda Joyce Bowman and his brother, Warren Cecil Stanley. Charles retired from United Dairy in Wheeling, WV where he worked as a truck driver for many years. He was Christian by faith. He also served in the U.S. Army in the 27th Infantry. He is survived by his wife, Linda Jane (Owens) Walters at home; one daughter, Loretta Owens of Bethany, WV; one son, Andrew Stanley of Tyler, TX; two special grandchildren, Owen and Emerson; and several nieces and nephews.
