CONNIE ELENA MARSHALL, 74, passed away on July 20, 2025, at PAM Specialty Health in Oakdale. Born on February 10, 1951, in Steubenville, she was a daughter of Perry J. Wagoner and Billie Hissem Rock. Connie graduated from Oak Glen High School in 1969 and spent many years in management locally working for BFS Stores.
