SHELBY LYNN BOYNES CASTO, 66, of Wellsburg, WV passed away July 26, 2025, at Valley Hospice, Trinity West Hospital, Steubenville, OH. She was born November 29,1958 in Wheeling, WV to the late Melvin “Skip” and Alice “Pearl” Oxley Boynes. She worked in housekeeping at Bethany College. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her twin daughters, Dana and Rene Boynes. She is survived by her daughter, Nicole Hall (Ryan) of Wellsburg, WV; her brother, William “Bill” Boynes (Jenny) of Weirton, WV; her sister, Leslie Boynes Earnest (Jack) of Wellsburg; two grandchildren, Rielee and Adison Stanley; two nieces, Keri Griffith (Justin) of Wellsburg and Kasey Earnest of Charlotte, NC; and a devoted friend, Heidi Sacarro.
