It is hereby ordered that Jose Santiago Alvarez Carrizalez serve upon Erica Elaine Alvarez, Petitioner, whose address is 848 Allegheny Street, Follansbee, WV 26036, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition for Divorce filed in this action on or before September 7, 2025. If you fail to Answer the Petition for Divorce, a judgment may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
