PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that Windsor Coal Company LLC, 275 Technology Drive, Suite 101, Canonsburg, PA 15317 has submitted an application to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) 47 School Street, Suite 301, Philippi, WV. 26416-1600.
This application has been submitted for 50% or more ownership change in permittee or its owner from Windsor Coal Company LLC, 275 Technology Drive, Suite 101, Canonsburg, PA 15317.
Comments on the application shall be in writing and shall identify the applicant and application number and be sent to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) at the address above. Comments received by 9/7/2025, or thirty (30) days from date of publication, will be considered.
A copy of the application will be available until 9/7/2025, or thirty (30) days from date of publication in DEP Regional Office located at the address above and is available at: http://apps.dep.wv.gov/WebApp/_dep/Search/ePermitting/ePermittingApplicationSearchPage.cfm
