Notice is hereby given that on the 13th day of September, 2025, at 11:30 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Allishia Moore will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Brooke County, West Virginia, for the entry of an order by the Court changing the Petitioner’s child or ward’s name from Harmony Kins to Harmony Faith Deveaney, at which time and place any interested person may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
