PUBLIC NOTICE

The Brooke County Public Service District is accepting bids on remodeling the front of their Office, 711 Charles Street, Wellsburg, WV 26070. Remodel will include repairs to front of building, painting, replacing facade, replacing windows, and replacing door.
Bids must be received by 3:00 PM on September 23, 2025. Please send sealed bids to Brooke County PSD PO Box 150, Wellsburg, WV 26070 or drop off bid at Brooke County PSD Office at 711 Charles Street, Wellsburg, WV 26070. Bids will be opened at the Construction Meeting on September 24, 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Brooke County PSD office. “Office Bid” needs to be marked clearly on the outside of envelope.
