CONSTANCE “CONNIE” (SISINNI) DIBELLO, 94 of Follansbee, WV, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 4. 2025 at her residence under the care of Valley Hospice. Connie was born on June 1, 1931 in Follansbee, WV. She was the daughter of the late Frank and Maria (Velotta) Sisinni. Connie was a proud graduate of Follansbee High School.
