CARRIE LYNN ALLEY, 43, of Weirton, WV, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA, following a brief illness. Carrie was born on January 4, 1982, in East Liverpool, OH. She was the beloved daughter of Harold “Harry” Alley of Weirton, WV and Linda (DeSimone) Alley of Follansbee, WV. Carrie was a devoted mother whose love for her children was the center of her life. She had a passion for planting flowers and a talent for cooking, always bringing warmth and joy to those around her. Carrie was preceded in death by her brother, Richard Alley. Carrie is survived by her loving husband of 13 years, Walter Thompson of Weirton, WV; four children: London Still and Izrael “Izzy” Still of Chester, WV, Ivy Still of Weirton, and Gianna Thompson at home; two grandchildren, Ava Elizabeth Still and Aries Alaina Still and one born September 11, 2025; a brother, David Alley, and his wife, Stacy of New Cumberland, WV; and many nieces and nephews.
