CHARLES “BIG CHARLIE” ANTONIO ROSA, 76, of New Cumberland, WV died peacefully on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at Trinity West in Steubenville, OH. He was born on February 27, 1949, in East Liverpool, OH, a son of the late Sol Eugenio and Opal (Shevuront) Rosa. In addition to his parents Big Charlie is preceded in death by one sister, Ruth. Big Charlie graduated from Western Beaver High School. He worked as a millwright for 18 years at J and L Steel and retired from Construction Services International where he was a laborer and operator. He was Nazarene by faith. In his spare time he enjoyed reading and socializing with his friends. He enjoyed a good laugh and was always the life of the room. Most important of all he was well loved and will be missed by all who knew him. Big Charlie is survived by two children, Charles “Little Charlie” Rosa of New Cumberland, WV and Donald “Bubby” Rosa of Pine Grove, WV; two grandchildren, Allyson and Anthony Rosa; one great grandson, Kason; three siblings, Betty, Bobby and (Linda) Rosa of Grand Rapids, MI, and Richard (Beverly) Rosa of PA; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
