MAHLON “BUDDY” HAYES, 74, of Wellsburg, WV, passed away peacefully on September 14, 2025, with his daughter by his side. Buddy was born October 11, 1950, in Wellsburg, WV to the late Virgil and Adrian Wilson Hayes. Buddy was a proud U.S. Army veteran, loving father, and devoted grandfather.
