No. 051729, located in Wellsburg Corp District, PT L 52 CHARLES ST which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of ROBINSON KENNETH 1/2 INT: THOMAS 1 & THEODORE W 1/2 INT, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of Brooke County at the sale for the delinquent taxes on October 1, 2024. Allen Hawthorne requests that you be notified that a deed for such real estate will be made on or after November 7, 2025, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate.
