DAVID ANTHONY RICHARDS, 58, of Weirton, WV passed away September 22, 2025, at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA. He was born June 10, 1967, in Weirton, WV to the late Gary A. and Edna Sterns Richards. He is survived by his wife, Carla Antigo Richards; his daughter, Taylor DeGarmo (Chase); three stepsons: Darryl Robinson (Trudy), Jeremy Robinson (Kylie), and Cody Robinson; two stepdaughters, Lauren Kessler (Aaron) and Karlie Long; and two brothers, Gary Richards (Michelle) and Jerry Richards (Lisa).
