DEBRA MARIE STEVENS, 67, of Weirton, WV died peacefully on Friday, October 3, 2025, at Weirton Medical Center. Born July 29, 1958, in Weirton, WV a daughter of the late Clayton A. Beagle, Sr. and Nellie D. (Smith) Beagle. Debra was the manager of M&B Market in Weirton, WV for many years and a Christian by faith. In her spare time, she loved playing bingo and cards along with making crafts, but her favorite was spending time with family. She never met a stranger and was everyone’s Meme making everyone laugh with her infectious laugh. She is survived by her loving husband of 37 years, Roger Stevens, Sr. at home; five children: David Franklin Anderson, Jr. of Weirton, WV, Rebecca M. (Bill) Conley of Follansbee, WV, Roger (Brittney) Stevens, Jr. of Colliers, WV, Joanna (Jason) Stevens of Minneapolis, MN, and Kyle (Vanessa) Barnhart of Weirton; one sister, Danita (Bob) McNeal of Weirton; two brothers, Clifford A. (Kerstin) Beagle of Poppenlaur, Germany and Clayton A. Beagle, Jr. of Weirton; 12 grandchildren: Betty M. Moorehead, Maelynn M. Anderson, Sydney D. Anderson, Bryson G. Conley, Harry Ringer, Alyson Ringer, Aries Bennett, Layla Burnsworth, Nautica Burnsworth, Angel M. Brown, Hunter Barnhart, and Kylee Barnhart; two great grandchildren, Braxton and Noah; and many nieces, nephews, and friends. There was no visitation.
