HALEY DAWN DULANEY, 24, of Follansbee, WV passed away on Sunday, September 28, 2025, at home. Born on March 27, 2001, in Wheeling, WV a daughter of the late, John Gilbert and Lee Ann (Thomas) Dulaney. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Duane Thomas. She graduated from Brooke High School in 2021. Haley was Christian by faith.
