Notice is hereby given that on the 6th day of November, 2025, at 11:30 o’clock a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Helen Traci Carbasho will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Brooke County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by the Court changing the Petitioner’s name from Helen Traci Carbasho to Tracy Helen Carbasho, at which time and place any interested person may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
