Notice is hereby given that on the 6th day of November, 2025, at 11:45 o’clock a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Rhonda Vancamp will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Brooke County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by the Court changing the Petitioner’s child or ward’s name from Matti Leigh Vancamp to Karina Leigh Vancamp, at which time and place any interested person may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
