MARY ELIZABETH HUGGINS, 90, of Weirton, WV passed away on Tuesday, October 14, 2025. Mary was born on September 8, 1935, in Weirton, West Virginia, to Antonio and Rosa Palumbo, and was the cherished mother of two daughters. She grew up in Weirton and after graduating from Weir High School in 1953, she worked as a telephone operator for Bell Telephone Company.
