General Notice
The City of Follansbee (Owner) is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive fleet management services to support the efficient operation, maintenance, and lifecycle management of our vehicle fleet. The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering a solution that enhances cost control, increases operational visibility, improves vehicle uptime, and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Scope of Service May Include:
*Fleet tracking, monitoring, and reporting
*Preventive and scheduled maintenance coordination
*Fuel management and cost optimization
*Vehicle acquisition and disposal support
*Driver safety programs and compliance management
*Data analytics and performance dashboards
*Customer service and technical support.
Proposal Requirements
Vendors must demonstrate experience in fleet management services of similar size and scope, provide a clear pricing structure, and outline system capabilities, implementation plans, and ongoing support procedures.

Submission Instructions:
Proposals must be received by 3:30pm EST on November 28, 2025. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope, with the name of the company submitting the proposal clearly marked on the outside of the envelope, along with project name (City of Follansbee Fleet Management Services).
