ANNE D. CICALE PERHACS, 100, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 2, 2025, at Welty Home For the Aged in Wheeling. Born in Follansbee, WV, she was a daughter of Nicola and Ida Romagnoli Cicale and Antoinette Cortez Cicale.
