CHARLES F. “CHARLIE” DOBBS, SR., 78, of Wellsburg, WV passed away November 6, 2025, at home. He was born February 15, 1947, in Cameron, WV to the late George Franklin and Virginia Mable Marshall Dobbs. He was a retired mechanic at Herman Strauss and was an Army Veteran during the Vietnam War.
