BARBARA MAY KOPP, 70, of New Cumberland, WV, passed unexpectedly on Friday, November 14, 2025. She was born November 1, 1955 in Weirton, daughter of the late Cecil and Claire Davis Watson. She is also preceded in death by her sister, Donna Dunlap. Barbara was a Weir High School graduate, Class of 1974.
