Notice is hereby given that on the 5th day of January, 2026, at 11:00 o’clock a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, Hannah Marie Moore will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Brooke County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by the Court changing the Petitioner’s name from Hannah Marie Moore to Hannah Marie Scurry, at which time and place any interested person may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
